Burglary at Redlynch

Detectives are investigating the burglary of two stores at a Redlynch shopping centre this morning.

Preliminary information indicates shortly before 4.00am, two masked people used a silver Hyundai Elantra SUV to smash their way into front glass doors of the Larsen Road shopping centre.

The pair have then exited the vehicle and smashed their way into a nearby liquor store and tobacconist, located within the centre.

The pair subsequently stole a quantity of stock from inside both stores before fleeing in another vehicle later found dumped.

Investigators believe a third vehicle was also involved.

Investigations continue.
