Police have charged two men following investigations of a robbery in a home at Deception Bay in the early hours of last night., Queensland Police say
At around 12:30am, officers were called to an address on Kate Avenue after two men allegedly entered a residence and assaulted a 25-year-old man inside the home.
The man was transported to Redcliffe Hospital for treatment to facial injuries.
Yesterday police located two men at an address on McGahey Street at Rothwell who were taken into custody and subsequently charged.
A 32-year-old Rothwell man and a 24-year-old Caboolture South man has been charged with one count of entering a dwelling with intent to commit an indictable offence and one count of assault occasioning bodily harm, respectively.
Both men are due to appear in the Redcliffe Magistrates Court on January 22.
