ADVICE TO THE PUBLIC: Bushfires NT advises that the Marrakai Volunteer Bushfire Brigade will be conducting planned roadside burning operations along the Arnhem Highway road verge, between the Adelaide River Bridge and Marrakai Access Road intersection, commencing Saturday 2nd May and continuing through to Sunday 14th June 2026.
These works form part of ongoing fuel reduction activities aimed at decreasing bushfire risk to surrounding communities, infrastructure, and road users.
