Bushwalker found - Wentworth Falls, NSW

Police have found a bushwalker who went missing in the Blue Mountains overnight.

About 6.30pm on Thursday 28 July 2016, a 32-year-old man contacted Triple Zero saying he became lost while bushwalking in Wentworth Falls.

Officers attached to Blue Mountains Local Area Command, with assistance from Police Rescue and PolAir located the man at Wentworth Pass about 8.40am today.

The man is currently being assessed by NSW Ambulance Paramedics and is believed to have an ankle injury and hypothermia.
