Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate Caitlin Jones.
A warrant has been issued for the 32-year-old's arrested in relation to public nuisance offences.
Investigators have released images of Jones, who also goes by the name Cake Sunflower Heart, in the hope someone may have information on her current whereabouts.
She is known to frequent the Hume, Moreland and Mooney Valley areas.
