Call for Witnesses - Casuarina

Northern Territory Police are calling for witnesses in relation to a disturbance which occurred at Casuarina Bus Exchange around 4:00pm yesterday.

Police believe a group of youths were involved in a physical altercation which involved weapons, Northern Territory Police say.

Two males sustained minor injuries and were treated at hospital.

Security detained those involved prior to police arrival.

Two 17-year-old males and one 13-year-old male were arrested at the scene.

The weapons were located and seized by police.

Investigations are continuing.

Acting Superintendent Rob Jordan said police will continue to monitor activities around Casuarina Square over the coming days.

"We encourage members of the public to report such behaviour. Police will be working closely with centre management in relation to preventing further incidents," he said.

Police are asking for anyone with information or who may have witnessed the incident to notify police on 131 444 on Crime Stoppers.
