Calling all CFA shutter bugs

Entries are now open for our National Volunteer Week Photo Competition.

Scott Mulheran from Eynesbury Fire Brigade captured his 2020 winning photo while on deployment in NSW in November 2019

The rules are simple: photos should capture at least one of CFA's values of either safety, teamwork, adaptable, integrity and respect, as well as the essence of CFA volunteers.

The competition is held each year to celebrate National Volunteer Week and honour CFA people through photos. View our 2020 winning photos

In 2021 prizes will be awarded to the winning submission and to the runner up.

Each entry will be considered for its reflection of at least one CFA value as well as storytelling and creativity.

Luke Commisso from North West Mooroopna Brigade won in 2020 with his photo Saved by the Angels of the Sky

The winner and runner up with each receive a $250 Bunnings voucher.

Their brigade will also receive a framed copy of the photo and a prize up to the value of $1,000 of non-operational equipment.

Previous competition winners aren't eligible to win this year however they can still submit their photos via the entry form.

Winners will be contacted and announced during National Volunteer Week - the week of 17 May 2021.
