Camera stolen during Marion store robbery, SA

Sturt Police are investigating a robbery at a Marion electrical store this evening, according to SA Police.

About 5.30pm on Friday 26 August, a man, woman and two children entered the Good Guys on Marion Road. The man threatened staff with a knife and stole a surveillance camera from the shelf. They left in a dark Holden sedan with a rear spoiler, registration S852BJK, and were last seen driving north on Marion Road.

The vehicle had been reported stolen from Thebarton on Wednesday 17 August.

There were no injuries during the robbery.

The male suspect is described as having a dark complexion, aged in his late 20s, about 178cm tall, with a solid build and short dark hair.

The woman is of Caucasian appearance, with brown or reddish hair, and had two children with her.

Anyone who spots the stolen vehicle is asked not to approach it, but to contact the police assistance line immediately on 131 444.
