Members from the Sturt Criminal Investigation Branch are seeking the assistance of the public to identify the man pictured below, according to SA Police.
Just after 4am on Monday 9 January the man was captured on CCTV in the rear car park of the Mitchell Park Pharmacy on Marion Road.
Police will allege the man started a fire by lighting the contents of the bin before walking away.
