Backgrounder
- The working group aims to combine the efforts of Canada and Mexico to support the implementation of labour reform in accordance with the new NAFTA. It will provide a mechanism to rapidly respond to specific technical expertise needs and establish a proactive, ongoing dialogue on the implementation of Annex 23-A of the new NAFTA labour chapter.
- A joint meeting will take place on a quarterly basis and will be co-chaired by Canada and Mexico.
