Media are invited to view the Transfer of Authority ceremony between Major-General Bill Seymour, on behalf of Lieutenant-General Mike Rouleau, and the incoming Commander of the Canadian Joint Operations Command (CJOC), Lieutenant-General Christopher Coates, on the CJOC Operations Facebook page. The Chief of the Defence Staff General Jonathan Vance will preside over the ceremony.
