Police have seized cannabis plants with an estimated potential street value of nearly $700,000 after a search warrant was executed on a home at Marrickville yesterday, NSW Police say.
About 4.30pm yesterday, officers attached to Redfern Region Enforcement Squad executed a search warrant in Livingstone.
The house had undergone extensive modifications and cannabis was being cultivated across seven rooms.
Police located 175 plants with an estimated potential street value of $683,000.
No one was at home at the time and investigations are continuing under Strike Force Grassy.
Police are urging anyone with information in relation to this incident to call Crime Stoppers.
