Car pursuit in Elizabeth north , SA

Police are searching for the driver of a vehicle involved in a pursuit at Elizabeth North, according to SA Police.

Just before 4am police attempted to stop a white Holden Statesman on Whiteparish Road for traffic offences but the driver refused to stop.

Police pursued the car for a short time before the vehicle drove through a reserve and police were unable to follow it.

The vehicle was found a short time later abandoned on Rockbourne Street.

Police searched the area with the assistance of police dog PD Marley but were unable to locate any one.

The car was stolen just before 7pm on 19 October 2016 from the victim, by two men armed with weapons on Kesters Road, Para Hills West. The victim was not physically injured during the incident.
