Car retrieved from River Murray, SA

Water Operations Police attended Martin's Bend, near Berri, today to retrieve a car from the river, according to SA Police.

Police were initially tasked to the Martin's Bend boat ramp just after 10am on Monday 5 September by reports a white four wheel drive had gone into the river.

Fortunately, there was no one inside the vehicle when it entered the water. The vehicle floated downstream before sinking. SES volunteers attended the scene and marked the location of the sunken car.
