Police are investigating after three vehicles were set alight under a unit block in Sydney’s west.
Police and fire fighters were called to the building about 2.20am tomorrow.
About 25 residents were evacuated as the blaze was extinguished.
There were no injuries, however the building suffered some smoke damage.
Police from Penrith Local Area Command are conducting inquiries into the incident. A crime scene has been established which will be examined by forensic specialists.
