Caulfield detectives arrest pair for drug trafficking and dealing in proceeds of crime

Police have arrested two people following the execution of warrants at an address in Clayton South on Friday, Victoria Police say.

Caulfield Divisional Response Unit detectives arrested a 32-year-old Clayton South woman and 33-year-old Clayton South man about 12pm on 25 August.

Quantities of what is alleged to be heroin, cannabis and methylamphetamine were seized along with a Mercedes sedan.

The man has been bailed to appear at Moorabbin Magistrates’ Court on 10 November charged with trafficking a drug of dependence, manufacturing a drug of dependence, possessing equipment to manufacture a drug of dependence to traffick, possess prohibited weapons and dealing in proceeds of crime.

The woman is expected to be charged on summons at a later date for dealing in proceeds of crime.
