CCTV appeal after string of armed robberies - Inner West

Police are appealing for information following several armed robberies – which are believed to be linked – in Sydney's inner west.

Around 8pm on Monday 13 November 2023, police were told two men entered a home on Livingstone Road, Marrickville, where they threatened the resident and demanded money, before leaving with an amount of cash.

Around 8.30pm that same night, police were told two men entered a business on Hercules Street, Ashfield, where they jumped the counter, stole cigarettes and a sum of cash.

Around 11pm that same night, police were told two men approached a man and a woman in Forest Street, Forest Lodge, where they assaulted the man and fled with the woman's personal belongings.

Detectives attached to Inner West Police Area Command were notified and have commenced investigations.

As inquiries continue, detectives have released CCTV vision of the men who police believe can assist with the investigations.
