CCTV Released After Home Invasion At Dapto

Police have released CCTV vision, following an attempted home invasion in the Illawarra last month.

About 7.30am on (Tuesday 19 March 2024), police responded to Emerson Road, Dapto, following reports three offenders tried to enter a home, threatening the occupants, before leaving the scene.

Strike Force Ventus was established to investigate the circumstances.

Officers attached to Lake Illawarra Police District responded and established a crime scene.

Following inquiries, Police have released CCTV of two trailbikes and a car they believe can assist with the investigation.

The two trail bikes are described as white and orange, and black and red in appearance.

The vehicle is described as a silver four-wheel drive.

They were last seen heading east, along Emerson Road, Dapto.
