CCTV released following death of man in Notting Hill

Homicide Squad detectives are appealing for public assistance and have released CCTV following the death of Notting Hill man Bo Wang earlier this year, Victoria Police say.

The 29-year-old was found deceased near the stairway entry to his apartment block in Rusden Place about 9.30am on Friday 14 April.

It is believed he was seriously assaulted with one or more unknown possibly edged weapons in the communal courtyard outside his apartment.

Investigators have reviewed CCTV in the surrounding area and are keen to speak to a number of people who were in Rusden Place early that morning.

A young man, perceived to be Asian in appearance was seen walking west along Rusden Place towards Blackburn Road about 5am.

A light blue Tarago van was seen driving away from Rusden Place and south along Blackburn Road about 6.25am.

Two men, perceived to be Indian Sub-Continental appearance were seen walking along Rusden Place and Eucalyptus Mews between 6.20am and 6.35am.

Detectives are hoping these people may be able to assist with their enquiries or anyone that may have seen any suspicious activity in the area at that time.
