As you may be aware, work is underway to enhance CFA's induction program. With improvements to employee inductions implemented, the project is now ready to engage on the volunteer induction program.
Feedback gathered during the initial phase of the project identified a clear need to improve the induction experience for both new volunteers and existing Brigade members.
A consultation group has been established to identify enhancements to volunteer induction processes; determine core induction expectations and discuss the creation of a consistent approach that is sufficiently flexible to meet the needs of volunteers.
The first meeting of the group is planned for early May - please refer to the details below.
