Willoughby City

In line with the public health order issued on 17 July 2021, Council is suspending all non- essential waste collections from Friday 23 July until 30 July.

Scheduled and pre booked clean up services will be paused during this time due to the significant public risk.

Unfortunately the clean-up in Castlecrag scheduled to start on 25 July will no longer take place.

Should the public health order be extended this may affect further clean up dates including clean ups scheduled to commence 1 August in the Northbridge area.

Council will provide you with one free additional pre-booked collection if the suspension means you have missed your scheduled clean up.

If you have booked a clean up collection during this time you will be contacted directly by email or phone to discuss rescheduling.

Please store your items until another collection can be arranged. Please do not leave them on the kerb.

For your own safety, please do not pick items left on the kerbside. Please report all illegal dumping to us.

We understand that this may cause frustration and apologise for any inconvenience caused. However the safety of our staff and the community is paramount and we must do all that we can keep everyone safe.

Please rest assured that our essential weekly waste collection services of household bins will continue as normal.

We thank you for your patience.
