Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate Chantelle Sullivan, Victoria Police say.
A warrant has been issued for the 26-year-old in relation to contravene community corrections order matters.
Police also wish to speak to her in relation to several theft of motor vehicle offences.
Chantelle is known to frequent the Doveton and Dandenong areas.
She is described as being 170cm tall with a fair complexion and brown hair and eyes.
Investigators have released an image of Sullivan in the hope someone may have information on her current whereabouts.
Anyone who sights Sullivan is urged to contact Crime Stoppers.
