Northern Territory Police have charged a 36-year-old male with attempted murder following a violent incident in Malak.
Police received multiple phone calls in relation to a disturbance at a residence around 10:45pm on Wednesday, 28 November, Northern Territory Police say.
On arrival police located the alleged offender who was then arrested at the scene. He directed police to the victim who was at a neighbouring address.
Police attended the second location and found the unconscious 58-year-old male. St John Ambulance attended and the victim was conveyed to Royal Darwin Hospital with significant head injuries.
The Serious Crime Unit are investigating.
