Criminal Groups Squad detectives have charged a man and woman with drug offences following an investigation into Organised Crime Networks (OCN) under Strike Force Sheringham.
Strike Force Sheringham was established in September 2024 by State Crime Command's Criminal Groups Squad, in conjunction with Task Force Falcon, to investigate drug supply and firearms offences allegedly being committed by members and associates of a high-profile OCN.
About 6am today (Friday 19 September 2025), officers from Task Force Falcon, with the assistance of officers from the Raptor Squad, executed a search warrant at an address on Mona Street, South Granville.
During the search warrant, officers allegedly located and seized mobiles phones, a number of tablets alleged to be prescription medication, two containers of an unknown white powder, a fake NSW registration plate and $21,702.55 in Australian currency.
Investigators arrested a 23-year-old man at the address.
He was taken to Auburn Police Station and charged with fail to comply with Digital Evidence Access Order (DEAO), supply prohibited drug greater than an indictable, but less than a commercial quantity and six counts of supply prohibited drug ongoing basis.
He was refused bail to appear at Burwood Local Court today (Friday 19 September 2025).
About 6am today (Friday 19 September 2025) Detectives attached to the Criminal Groups Squad executed a further search warrant at an address on Leach Road, Guildford West.
During the search warrant, officers allegedly located and seized 14 grams of cocaine, mobile phones and $6080 cash.
Investigators arrested a 38-year-old woman at the address.
She was taken to Cabramatta Police Station where she was charged with supply prohibited drug greater than an indictable, but less than a commercial quantity and six counts of supply prohibited drugs on an ongoing basis.
She was refused bail to appear at Fairfield Local Court today (Friday 19 September 2025).
Investigations under Task Force Falcon and Strike Force Sheringham are ongoing.
