Charges following a series of armed robberies and aggravated burglaries

Brimbank Crime Investigation Unit detectives have arrested six males in relation to multiple crimes in the North West suburbs since last Wednesday, Victoria Police say.

The incidents include:

-Burglary and theft of motor vehicle from a home on Narnia Way in Epping on 5 October.

-Armed robbery at a service station on Cemetery Road in Keilor East on 8 October.

-Armed robbery at a fast food outlet on High Street in Epping on 9 October.

-Armed robbery at a service station on Caroline Springs Boulevard in Caroline Springs on 10 October.

-Aggravated burglary and theft of motor vehicle at a house on Victory Road in Airport West on 10 October.

-Aggravated burglary and theft of two vehicles at a house on Jessica Place in Delahey on 10 October.

Police executed a search warrant at an address on Banker Street in Kurunjang yesterday afternoon and arrested a 14-year-old male from Kurunjang, 17-year-old male from Frankston, 15-year-old male from Burnside Heights, 13-year-old male from Melton West and a 15-year-old male from South Yarra.

All six have been charged with aggravated burglary, armed robbery, theft of motor vehicle and bail related offences.

All have been remanded to appear in a children’s court today.
