Major Collision Investigation Unit detectives have charged a woman in regard to a quadruple fatal collision in Navarre, Victoria Police say.
The collision occurred on Bains Road on 5 May.
All four occupants of one of the vehicles died at the scene.
The 64-year-old Stawell woman driving the other vehicle has been charged with four counts of culpable driving causing death.
She has been bailed to appear in Ballarat Magistrates’ Court tomorrow.
