Dandenong CIU have charged a 21-year-old Berwick man following an incident on the Princes Highway at Eumemmerring today, Victoria Police say.
It is alleged police intercepted the vehicle but the driver left the scene when approached by members and dragged one police officer over 30 metres along the road.
The man has been charged with conduct endangering life/persons and fail to render assistance.
He will appear in the Dandenong Magistrates Court on 1 September.
