A man has been charged after two garages were destroyed in a fire near Wollongong, NSW Police say.
About 11pm on Tuesday 27 December 2017, police will allege a man deliberately set fire to a garage in Heaslip Street, Coniston.
No one was injured.
Officers from Wollongong Local Area Command commenced an investigation.
About 11pm yesterday (Friday 12 January 2018), a 36-year-old man was arrested and taken to Wollongong Police Station.
He was charged with damage property by fire and granted conditional bail to appear before Wollongong Local Court on Tuesday 16 January 2018.
