Charges - Stabbing - Alice Springs

Northern Territory Police investigating a suspected murder in Alice Springs have charged a 25-year-old man over an alleged stabbing.

Major Crime Detectives today charged a 39-year-old woman after the suspicious death of a man in Larapinta on Wednesday, 23 May, Northern Territory Police say.

Following their investigations at the address, they charged the 25-year-old with one count each of:

  • Aggravated assault;
  • Breach DVO;
  • Armed with offensive weapon.

He’s been remanded in custody to face court in Alice Springs on Monday, 28 May.
