Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate Cheyane Orcher.
A charge-and-warrant has been issued for the 31-year-old's arrest in relation to an incident where a police vehicle was rammed in the Melbourne CBD on 5 August.
Investigators have released an image of Orcher in the hope someone may have information on his current whereabouts.
Orcher is Caucasian in appearance about 180cm tall with a solid build and brown hair.
He is known to frequent the Wodonga, Romsey, and Melbourne CBD areas.
