Frankston Police are investigating a theft that occurred in Seaford earlier this month.

Investigators have been told the man entered the liquor store on Frankston-Dandenong Road just after 1.30pm on Wednesday, 1 July.

He selected 12 bottles of Chivers Regal scotch and placed them in a duffle bag and then proceeded to walk out via the front door without paying.

The man is perceived to be Caucasian in appearance, approximately 190cm tall and aged in his late 20s to early 30s.

At the time, he was wearing a dark coloured hooded jacket, navy Adidas track pants and white Adidas runners.

The duffle bag was either navy or black and had an extendable handle and wheels.

Police have released an image and CCTV of a man they believe may be able to assist with their investigation.
