Council offices and civic centres
Moreland Council offices, Coburg and Brunswick Town Halls, Customer Service Centres, Libraries and Maternal Child Health Centres will be closed from 12 pm on Tuesday 24 December, and all day on Christmas and New Year's Day.
The Glenroy and Brunswick customer service counters experience low service traffic volumes throughout the new year period and will be closed from midday Tuesday 24 December and reopen on Monday 13 January.
Service will continue to be provided at the Coburg Civic Centre, through the Contact Centre (telephones) and the Council website. In addition, payment in person for items such as rates can be made at Australia Post service centres
Essential services
Essential services will continue without disruption. Emergency on-call services will not be affected.
Waste collection services
If your normal bin collection falls on Christmas day, your bins will be collected on Thursday 26 December. If your normal bin collection falls on 1st January, your bins will be collected on Thursday 2 January. These alternate dates are also marked in Council's waste collection calendar.
