There is a major traffic disruption for motorists travelling on the south-eastern freeway with all city bound tracks completely closed at Crafers.
Just before 3.30am a semi-trailer carrying chickens jack- knifed blocking all 3 city bound lanes of traffic just below the Crafers turn-off.
They are currently trying to clear the road before peak-hour traffic this morning - all cars are being detoured at Crafers down Upper Sturt Road or via Greenhill Road.
Please avoid the area if possible or allow extra time to get to work this morning.
