Vodafone Group’s results for the half year ending 30 September 2019 (published on 13 November 2019) included an excel spreadsheet containing an incorrect representation of VHA’s customer base.
Against Vodafone Group’s reported customer base for VHA as at 30 September 2019 of 4.881m (which includes only Vodafone branded mobile customers), VHA confirms that the correct reported customer base is 5.071m.
VHA reported that its total mobile customer base (including all VHA and MVNO customers) was 5.99m as at 30 June 2019. VHA intends to further report on the total mobile customer base when it discloses its full-year 2019 results.
The Vodafone Group spreadsheet has now been corrected.
