Comfit released following home invasion, NSW

Police have released a computer generated image of a person who may be able to assist with inquiries relating to a home invasion investigation in Broken Hill, NSW Police say.

About 8.45pm on Saturday 15 April 2017, a 26-year-old woman was at her home on Iodide Street, when a male person entered the home through a window.

The woman confronted him, before he allegedly indecently assaulted her, exposed himself and committed an act of indecency.

While in the home, he allegedly stole a tablet device and a purse before fleeing over the back fence into properties on Chapple Street.

Officers from Barrier Local Area Command established Strike Force Heliodor and as part of their inquiries, would like to speak to a teenage male who may be able to assist.

He is described as being of Aboriginal/Torres Strait Islander appearance, aged between 14-18 years old, and of a slim build. He was last seen wearing a dark hooded jumper, dark shorts, and dark shoes with white soles.
