The Commissioner of Police has spoken to the Premier about the recommendation in the Hyde Review to check on 500 children.
The Commissioner has agreed to appoint a senior Officer of Police to coordinate this process. This process will be commenced as a priority once the appropriate Officer of Police has been identified.
Task Force Prime continues to investigate the deaths of Charlie and Makai, there is no further update at this time.
