Road access
VicTraffic advises that the Great Ocean Road is closed in both directions between Skenes Creek Road, Skenes Creek and Hird Street, Ocean Road S, Lorne.
VicTraffic states: 'This closure is under the control of emergency services and the road will re-open only when it's safe to do so.'

Community shelter
The Lorne Surf Life Saving Club on Mountjoy Parade has activated its community response plan and is providing shelter to those in need.
The Stribling Reserve Community Asset Committee has also opened the Stribling Reserve pavilion, 45 Otway Street.
Infrastructure damage
We will be inspecting Council buildings, trees, roads and infrastructure on Friday morning and will make temporary repairs as soon as it is safe to do so.
