By Notice published in the NSW Government Gazette No. 445 dated 31 October 2025, (2025-445-2), Snowy Monaro Regional Council compulsorily acquired land for the extension of the Bunyan Quarry, being Lot 159/724552, 160/724552, 161/724552, excluding the interests described in Schedule 1 below:
