Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing South Melbourne man Iosif.
The 86-year-old was last seen at Glicks café in Balaclava about 11.30am this morning.
He was last seen wearing a blue jumper, brown pants, a white hat and black shoes.
Police and family hold concerns for Iosif as he has dementia and other medical conditions.
Police have released an image of Iosif in the hope someone recognises him and can provide information on his current whereabouts.
Anyone who sees Iosif is urged to contact St. Kilda Police Station on 9536 2666.
