Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing boy Jonathan.
The 12-year-old was last seen in Truganina on Monday 2 August about 10pm.
Police and family are concerned for Jonathan's welfare due to his age and that his disappearance is out of character.
An image of Jonathan has been released in the hope someone may recognise him and provide information on his whereabouts.
Jonathan was last seen wearing a black t-shirt and grey shorts.
It is not known where Jonathan may be headed.
Anyone who sees Jonathan or has information on his whereabouts is urged to contact Werribee Police Station on 9742 9444.
