Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing boy Tavicta.
The 11-year-old was last seen on Broadhurst Avenue, Reservoir on 13 February about 7pm.
Police hold concerns for Tavicta's welfare due to his age.
Tavicta is about 172cm tall with an olive complexion, solid build and short black hair.
He was last seen wearing a beige t-shirt, black track pants and dark runners.
Police have released an image of Tavicta and urge anyone with information on his whereabouts to contact the Reservoir Police Station on (03) 9460 6744.
