Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing 18-month-old child Andrea.
Andrea was last seen at Moreland Street in Footscray about 10.50am on Friday 18 February.
Police have concerns for Andrea's welfare due to her age.
Andrea has short brown hair and brown eyes.
She is believed to be with her father who is likely to have been using ride share services to travel around the Melbourne CBD and stay in short term accommodation.
Police have released images of Andrea and urge anyone with information on her whereabouts to contact Werribee Police Station on (03) 9742 9444.
