Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing boy John.
The 12-year-old was last seen in Murchison Street in St Kilda about 5.50pm on Tuesday, 7 June.
Police are concerned for his welfare due to his age and a medical condition.
He is known to frequent the St Kilda, Prahran and Melbourne CBD areas.
Police have released an image of John in the hope someone recognises him and provides information on his current whereabouts.
John is about 152cm tall, of slim build with brown hair and brown eyes.
He was last seen wearing all black clothing with black and white runners.
