Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing man Gerard.
The 27-year-old was last seen in Sisely Avenue, Wangaratta on 16 August about 1.30pm.
He is described as Caucasian, about 198cm tall with a thin build, brown hair and a beard.
Police and family have concerns for his welfare as he has a medical condition.
An image of Gerard has been released in the hope someone may recognise him.
Anyone who sees Gerard or has information on his whereabouts is urged to contact Wangaratta Police Station on 5723 0888.
