Concern for missing man Jack 22 September

Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing man Jack.

The 33-year-old was last seen on Derek Drive in Broadford on 16 September.

Police and family are concerned for Jack's welfare as his disappearance is out of character.

Jack does not have access to any vehicles and is believed to be travelling on foot.

An image of Jack has been released in the hope someone recognises him and provides information on his current whereabouts.

Jack is described as having a small build, 175cm tall, shoulder length brown hair, unshaven. He also has tattoo sleeves on both arms.

He was last seen wearing a brown motorcycle jacket and khaki pants.

A brown leather jacket believed to belong to Jack was located yesterday in the Broadford area.

Police will be continuing their search for Jack with the assistance of SES.

Anyone who sights Jack is urged to call Triple Zero (000) or with information about his whereabouts is urged to call Seymour Police Station on 03 5735 0200.
