Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing Research man Tobias.
The 46-year-old was last seen on Main Road about midday on Saturday (2 October).
Family and police are concerned as the behaviour is out of character.
Police have released an image of Tobias in the hope that someone will recognise him.
He is described as 175cm tall, thin build, grey/blond hair and blue eyes and was wearing black sneakers, blue jeans, a black denim jacket and a white baseball cap.
Tobias is known to frequent the Research, Eltham and Templestowe areas.
Anyone with information on his whereabouts is urged to contact Eltham Police Station on 9430 4500.
