Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing Glenorminston South man Wayne.
The 55-year-old was last seen at Kennas Lane, Glenormiston South about 2.30am on 29 June.
Police and family have concerns for his welfare as his disappearance is out of character.
Wayne is Caucasian, has grey hair and was last seen wearing a black jumper, black track suit pants and Timberland boots.
He is believed to be travelling on foot.
Investigators have released an image of Wayne in the hope someone can provide information on his whereabouts.
Anyone who sees Wayne is urged to contact Terang Police Station on 5592 1058.
