Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing man William Reynolds.
The 21-year-old was last seen at a property in Cardiff Street in Bentleigh East on Thursday 19 November about 9am.
Police are concerned for Williams welfare due to a number of medical conditions.
An image of William has been released in the hope someone will come forward with information about his current whereabouts.
William is described as having a medium build and short brown hair.
He was last seen wearing jeans and a blue t-shirt.
Anyone who sees William or with information regarding his current whereabouts is urged to call Caulfield Police Station on 9524 9500.
