Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing 15-year-old Luke Bailey.
Luke was last seen at a home in Glen Orme Avenue McKinnon on Friday 11 September about 3pm.
Police are concerned for Luke's welfare as his disappearance is out of character and due to a medical condition.
Luke is described as Caucasian, about 170cm tall and has dyed black hair.
He was last seen wearing dark coloured floral pattern shorts, a large black jacket with 'Fox' embroidered on one sleeve, black runners and a grey cloth mask. He was also carrying a black backpack.
It's believed Luke has his grey and yellow Giant brand mountain bike with him and a blue and grey helmet.
Police have released an image of Luke in the hope someone recognises him and can provide information on his current whereabouts.
It is believed he may frequent Box Hill or Anderson Park in Hawthorn.
Anyone who sees Luke is urged to contact Caulfield Police Station on 9524 9500.
