Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing Carlton woman Akor.
The 32-year-old was last seen at a medical facility in Werribee about 4.30pm on Wednesday 23 March.
She is described as 180cm tall with black hair and a thin build.
Akor was last seen wearing a grey top and grey pants.
Police and family have concerns for her welfare.
An image of Akor has been released in the hope someone can provide information on her current whereabouts.
Anyone who sights Akor is urged to call Wyndham North Police Station on 8734 1100.
